In the app
Open Profile → Style profile and choose Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
On the web
Sign in and open your account page. The Delete account section is at the bottom; you will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.
By email
If you do not have the app installed and can no longer sign in, email support@dressedbyai.com from the address on the account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and email address
- Your closet, including every garment photo you uploaded
- Your style and body profile, including your profile photo
- Your style threads and the outfit suggestions generated in them
- Every try-on, including the selfies you uploaded and the images generated from them
- Your saved looks
- Your subscription record, and the sign-in tokens and push notification registrations held for your devices
All of it is removed in a single operation. There is no recovery window and no archived copy — once the deletion completes, we cannot restore the account or any of its contents.
What is kept, and why
Anonymised, aggregate records that cannot be linked back to you may be retained — for example counts used for billing reconciliation and service monitoring. These contain no photos, no email address and no account identifier.
Where we are legally required to keep a record of a transaction (for example for tax or accounting purposes), that record is retained for the period the law requires and is not used for anything else.
Cancelling a subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play. Cancel it in the Play Store under Subscriptions, or it will continue to bill. Subscriptions bought on the web are cancelled through the provider you purchased from. See our refund policy for what is refundable.
