1. 14-day cooling-off period
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period to all users worldwide. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction, subject to the eligibility rules below.
2. Subscriptions
New Pro subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. Subsequent renewals are not automatically eligible; cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
3. Credit packs
Credit packs are eligible for a refund within 14 days provided the credits remain unused. Once any credit from a pack has been consumed, that pack becomes non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@dressedbyai.com with the email address used for the purchase and a brief reason. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Once payment processing is enabled, refunds will be issued via our payment processor and typically arrive back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Exclusions
- Already-consumed credits.
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
- Requests made more than 14 days after the transaction.
6. Mandatory consumer rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under your local consumer-protection law. UK and EU consumers retain all statutory rights regardless of this policy.
